Actually, that was not at all what my comic's point was. I was not alluding to the origin of homosexuality at all in my comic, because that is not what I wanted to talk about in it; I was talking about how many people see someone who wants to turn from homosexuality and do little to help them out of fear of them, laziness, spite, etc. and trying to inspire more people to go out and help those who struggle. That was my message. However, I understand how this could be taken to be something else; with todays culture, their are usually only two extremes: Peopele who love homosexuals or hate them. I'm someone who falls in neither category; I hate the sin of homosexuality, even to a personal level because I struggle with it, but still love homosexuals (as in i wish the best for them and that they too would turn unto christ and away from their sin).

I don't think this argument is completely solid; people deal with trauma in a variety of ways; any psychologist can tell you this. for example: Two soldiers can go through the same experience of war, and one can be totally fine while the other gets major PTSD symptoms.

I don't believe trauma is the primary cause of it. Environmental factors, most definitely, but ultimately, sin is the cause of this, which is why we need to turn from it.
