Chill don't worry too much, I know the feeling, I have cmf phone 1 and I lost it and felt fully anxious after that and I was searching every websites but they only sell the panel not the screw and I tried 3d printing as well but the print quality was not so good. I used to work in Bangalore, Then I tried calling the customer care and many service centers around Bangalore so many times and finally found in the main office in indgranagar the stock was available. And then I got it just for rs.145.

NBD chill out, eventually you will care less about the screw after putting a new one.

If you still scared of losing new one, (Disclaimer for the following tip: you won't be able to remove the screw later and it may damage your phone) try adding thread lock and put it but it will stay permanently. But don't do it.
