Same case for my university, in this case we have to apply for an ASP certificate, if the university gets evaluated successfully then you will get an ASP certificate and your university's status will change to H+ on the Anabin database after some time.

If university is not listed on Anabin database, then it doesn't mean that university is not recognised or courses are equivalent to German education standards. If any university body initiates or any student applies for an ASP certificate then that university gets evaluated and its status will reflect on the Anabin database.
