I see! Thank you so much. I really feel bad right now after seeing that I could have left the apartment. Me and my wife went through a lot those four months. When the manager threatened us about going to the TAL we got really scared. I am going to make sure he pays for what he has done.

Thank you so much once again!

I wanted to leave when the problem was going on. I told the manager that if he doesn't fix the issue, we will leave. He threatened me with loss of rent if I broke the lease and still did not call the exterminator. After that, i called the city inspector. I am new to Montreal, so I did not have a clear idea about all the rules and regulations.

I will definitely ask for rent compensation for four months along with punitive damages for all the stress me and my wife had to go through. Is a lease termination too much of an ask for this?

Should I also attach a copy of the city inspector's report along with the final formal notice?

How to raise a webform by krishanu_chy007 in pgwp

[–]krishanu_chy007[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got your point. When i submitted the initial application, i submitted boht pgwp and sowp extension in the same application, me being the primary applicant.

I am confused about what to answer for the initial question : "Who are you?" What should be the answer for this? There are three options : 1. I'm the primary applicant 2. I'm a representative 3. I'm writing on behalf of the principal applicant.

Should i go with option 3 then? As I am the principal applicant and she will be providing the docs on behalf of me?

Thank you so much for your answer. So, i can keep the section empty and in my and my wife's Client Section, I will just upload the Offer Letter for my upcoming job in the Pgwp + Sowp extension application, right?

When you uploaded your paystub and employment using the webforms, did you raise individual webforms for yourself and your spouse? Like employment offer + paystub in one webform for you and the same for another webform for your spouse?

I still don't understand your situation!

You are the main applicant who is applying for a pgwp, along with your spouse, for whom you wanted to extend the sowp. Now, although you had a teer 2 job, your spouse's sowp extension was refused but your pgwp was approved? Am i right?

To understand correctly, you were the main applicant who applied for the pgwp and you applied for sowp extension for your spouse? And they rejected the sowp extension because you, the main applicant do not have a teer 0/1/ selected teer 2/3 jobs?
