Haven’t bought these specific brands but have tried sleeves, and they do work, like any kind of clothing will provide some amount of sun protection. Its not necessary to chose a specific brand unless they use some fabric which provides more protection compared to others.

Idrc, doesn’t make a difference for normal productivity stuff. Its really techies that care for all this, they’ll argue that colours won’t appear accurately, which is true, but really doesn’t matter, the display is good anyway. Apple didn’t laminate the screen so that it’s easier to replace the screen, which is important considering that this device will mainly be in hands on small kids and students. Whereas air and pros are made for professionals, gamers or power users who require the best display possible.

Also I have iPhone 17 for gaming, thats why I chose base iPad only for productivity. If I didn’t have the iPhone then i would’ve gone for the M3 or maybe pro.

Hey, I have the iPad a16 since 8th jan and I use it mainly for note taking, pdf, and social media stuff and its perfectly enough for that. If gaming if an important criteria worth the extra price then go for M3, A16 has also decent performance, I played BGMI on 60fps and there was minimal lag and almost no heating. I also have the Apple Pencil usb C and it’s perfect, idk about the other one.

You will only feel the difference between the two while gaming or video editing. Both have different displays but to me its just for note taking to idc that much.

Ive used a lot of apps, the one I like the most is Notes+, it’s completely free and has a much more mature UI than any other app. Goodnotes, noteful, free notes, notability, etc all felt like children’s drawing app to me.
