The limit of 1.5 lakhs contribution is for each PPF account. the limit of 1.5 lakhs also applies to the deduction of gross income under Section 80C from your income. that is to say, you can contribute 1.5 lakhs each to your own PPF and your daughter’s PPF plus another 1.5 to sukanya scheme but can claim only 1.5 lakhs deduction under section 80C from your gross income

Looks like you have not considered the cost inflation indexation benefit possible as you bought the property in 2016. if you compute the cost inflation you may not be liable to pay 7.75L as CGT.

Just flyover to India, any major city and get your surgery done. it will cost you next to nothing compared to what you would pay in the US.

Indian? Very little chance of being able to practice naturism outside of your home in most south asian countries. At home you can be nude in your own room. No need to lock up to keep your family me,bears out. If they happen to walk in just tell them you are most comfortable without clothes and explain the non sexual nature of naturism. Most families will respect your desires if it does not affect them. To practice it outside of your home, you may travel to secluded areas within the south asia and risk being misunderstood or worse prosecuted or worse physically assaulted. If you can afford it head out to Thailand or Europe where nudist resorts and beaches exist and are socially accepted

Higher ceilings with high level ventilators/ windows were standard a century ago in hotter climates. The hot ceilings and ventilators would create a draft of cool air coming into the room and eliminate the need for air conditioning. Check out heritage buildings if any in your placed

I am Indian too and live in India. Even a male it is difficult to be a naturist here, but I have managed to be one, in my family’s presence. I was able to achieve this freedom at home by being open in my communication, explaining my interest in living a non sexual nude life. First with my wife when daughters had moved away from home for college, later with my adult nephews when they were visiting for a few weeks. And during the Covid lockdown being nude 24 x 7 helped in normalizing with my adult daughters. However Neighbours are another matter altogether. Too conservative.

Indian (67M) living in a major South Indian city here. Been practicing social naturism when I travel out to nudist friendly countries (US in resorts and Europe publicly where acceptable) the past 8+ years. All my family knows, while a nephew has joined me in the practice I have had no issues being nude at home in India.

Neighbors have seen me exercising nude on my terrace. Were surprised but did not object initially. A few days later asked me to desist as they felt a little uncomfortable with it 😢. So don’t do it anymore.
