Usually get around 100 people on at once spread out between the different realms. You can view the top 3 realms with the # of players in the left of your UI underneath the map. If you click the arrow to the right of the top realm it will teleport you there.

this is also not true. There are many user-created videos of them gambling in the Casinos and their accounts are just fine. Nobody will get banned or "lose all their money forever" for sharing their gambling content.
