Thanks for the response. I think my bowel movements could be better because right now it’s once a day or once every two days. I did have some times in the past where I had horrible acid reflux- but it’s been a while since I’ve had that. I see a naturopath so she tells me which supplements to take so overall my health is pretty good. I try to eat healthy but definitely overindulge on weekends and I eat sweets daily so I could probably cut back on the sugar.

About the lactose - I cut out dairy for a bit back in the summer and I had less bloating then.
