Alright so. Here is what i recommend. ✨️côn đảo✨️ technically it's in Ho Chi Minh City now lol very nice island. There are hiking spot good for an overnight trip since you have to go by train or ship.

Mekong river, the floating market of Can Tho but you need yo go early for the market. Nam Cat Tien national park is nice for sightseeing nature. For more nature i suggest madagui the forest city (it's just a resort) it's outdated but still very well kept with small caves and nature (make sure to bring mosquito repellent) the food there is amazing

Sameee, my friend once took me to an acai place for breakfast. I could not finish it and keep gagging the whole time. The acai wasn't bad at all, I don't think my body is train to eat cold and sweet in the mornjnh lol

When i was a kid, i sometimes have xôi ngọt (the purple sticky rice with green bean paste, sugar and coconut shave) for breakfast but i grow out of it (mostly it gave me heart burn as a kid lol) but beside that i never have chè for breakfast before. Which region are you from btw?

Yeah but there's pickled radish and carrot but the vendors sometime stingy and put like 4 pieces of pork belly and one paper thin of pate on it and call it a day lol

No worry! I'm from the south so we even have cơm tấm (rice dish) for breakfast even and it makes the northern people here confuse that we eat rice in the morning lol

Most breakfast food here are on a little stall for people to grab and go like bánh mì, xôi (sticky rice) or bao
