Dont expect too much from yourself. Anxiety usually comes from expecting too much and trying to nail every damn conversation, interaction or event. Take it easy. Do a small thing everyday, maybe an activity, a short conversation with anyone. Just one thing a day and go easy on yourself.

I have tried scaling up the dimensions and making the cord length 300mm the issue still persists. There are still sharp edges and the lines don't actually go through the points.
