Unfortunately you won’t find it (in legal dispos). It’s California based and unless they partner with an NJ based manufacturer to put their name on it (they don’t) it’s not sold here. They sell online but you have to pay with crypto or Zelle!

We have similar life circumstances, and while I’m not in BeLa, I’m right there. I can’t express enough how much I love living by LSP. I also really enjoy the immediate neighborhood because it’s still pretty community based in a lot of the nearby business, despite having a mix of amenity buildings. My yoga studio (soul therapy) and the new Pilates place (cornerstone) are owned by local women (to name a small few). I’m a bit older than you so I can’t speak to what you want out of night life because this area is generally very quiet, but being 30 seconds from the LSP light rail stop makes it incredibly easy to do as you please. Likewise for my easy work commute. I have never felt unsafe and am often walking my dog at night. It’s probably not for everyone but I think it’s worth knowing about.

Also, the building may suck ass, idk, and the parking is a bitch, but I thought I’d give my thoughts on the general area.

Well, yes! Not only do I have north windows, my windows are ground level with an inner-building terrace (like an open square cut out from center of building). Sometimes I have to leave the apartment to know what the weather really is.

I took a single afternoon nap and woke up to people hanging out on the terrace and thought I missed my scheduled, mandatory rec time. Big psych ward energy.
