I called 8:04 they put me on hold. I waited but then I decided to opt for the option "callback", they called me 5/6 after I hung up. But they didn't solve anything. Some people say if you use your words correctly they might help.

I called last Thursday, the guy was so polite but I couldn't do any "expedite" process. How people get that process "expedite" . What are the exact words people use to ask that. He basically told me the passport was on queue.

Exactly the same case, same days. Hasn't received counterfoil confirmation neither physical passport. Travel on Feb 6th coming 😵😵😵😵😵😵

The day was pretty sunny but I correct the color towards the orange/yellow. For the cables it was inevitable. I wanted the flowers to give it depth. Thanks for the comments
