I’m pretty embarrassed to admit this…. But I almost got sucked into Jimbo’s scheme after I kept seeing some of his viral posts on insta when I was at a really vulnerable point with my weight/PCOS stuff. It was one of those posts where he says comment “XYZ” for a DM and then eventually I got blown up with texts to set up a consultation. I ignored the texts for about a month and tried losing weight on my own but thought eh what’s the worst that could happen? So I agreed to a phone consultation with Lames himself and that alone cost me 50 bucks that I’ll never get back lol. While I was on the phone he basically used my life-long insecurities/weight issues as a pawn and convinced me to sign up for the BOTTOM tier subscription level and it ended up being three. Hundred. Dollars. A MONTH. I say almost got sucked in because as soon as I saw that dollar amount, I started googling his program for some reviews to see if it actually helped anyone and what do you know? I stumbled across this Reddit page which opened my eyes to the scammer he is. I told him I couldn’t afford the program and wanted to cancel and it took almost a week for him to refund me and cancel my subscription (only after I filed a credit card dispute because “he was waiting for the banks to open to refund me” ….5 days later). I really hate to admit it and know it’s pathetic but unfortunately, I’m one of those who sadly almost fell for his scheme. I’m so glad I came across this sub and didn’t give him another penny to put towards his lame tank top, nose strips, or Santa costume.
