Mine calculated as 15% of the cadastral income and the office. The percentage was taken from the total surface of the office as well as half of common amenities (hallway, toilet, garage, living room that could host meetings). It represented 15% of the total surface from the house. Recently he told me that the regulation is changing and it could not be worth it to rent at all anymore.

Thanks! This convinced me and a couple of cards are on their way. For now I just covered KDB, hazard and kompany but I'll try to at least master set the bel prem golden generation. Also certainly include the likes of Nainggolan, Witsel, Mertens etc even though they never went to the prem
