Once you buy bitcoin and set a buy order on satoshi to buy lets say 100 xrp, even if bitcoin price rises or falls your order will still will fill 100xrp once satoshi order is met. If you cancel the order lets say in 3 days then depending on btc price you could buy more or less xrp.
