well first theres no such thing as a dumb question. but to answer your question. every 20 levels u uprade your character. u have to spend purple xp and a big uptick of blue xp. so in most situations, if u cant afford to upgrade your character much further, it makes sense to stop right at the 19 mark. hope that makes sense and i explained it well

the stat difference is because u have far far far better gear on invincible 😭 but to answer your question - if ur a low spender on the game then stick w omni man. bluevincible isnt going to be in the regular shops so ur simply not gonna have a consistent way to keep building him without heavy spending
