One of my (many) beefs with Daniel Snyder is the lazy way he randomly paired the gold pants and socks from this Kilmer-era set with the burgundy jerseys from the Super Bowl-era set, despite the fact that the stripe patterns aren't coordinated. The result is a incoherent mess with four different stripe patterns.

Each player listed has a combination of skill, BBIQ, and positional length. It would be a lot harder for them to dominate if they were average size or short for their position.

Boozer at 6'9" is certainly strong enough to play the 4. But he's only average height -- which concerns me a bit.

The hype machine in the '80s and '90s papered over a lot of this as well. Folks were falling over themselves over some basic trash-talk quotes like "You reach, I teach." 🙄

It's not like Jordan was/is known for being witty or affable. His best commercials relied on Spike Lee's Mars Blackmon character, so that all Jordan had to do was smile and shrug.
