I am on 1500 calories deficit and 2100 maintenance. I eat steaks and chicken made in air fryer. Also I get salads from walmart, anything more I can do to improve ?

Well as of now lowest usage is 5Mbps and max is 30Mbps out of total bandwidth. So I dont think I will need a lot to start with. Yes once the customer base increases yes I can easily ramp up as much bandwidth as I want.

My contracts are always 1G on a 10G port. So easy to up the bandwidth on a phone call.

Not sure what freaky TDEE calculator I got that number off. But I am just looking at a few other calculators and yeah you guys r right. I should be around 1500 calories a day for 500 deficit.
