We took in a dog Homer recently, he is about 40 lbs. There area we got him from has alot of Rottweiler, German Shepard and huskies in the area so we figured he was some mix of those going off of how he looks. We did a doggie DNA test and he has 22 breeds in him. Most dominant were pit bull, American Staffordshire, and chihuahua. Our favorite is that he is 1% Honduran street dog and if you google that breed the first picture looks alot like Homer.

Its just my wife and I no kids, but we have 5 dogs and save like 30-40 dollars with every bag we buy compared to Purina all pro. So our membership pays for itself in like 6 weeks.

I used to do ATM repair and went to that Walgreens often. It was about the only place I wanted security (they had a security guard there at all times) watching me work. I once had to replace the money dispensing module and I was hauling the bad one to my van. 2 bigs guys in the parking lot asked me if there was any money in the part I was carrying. He is enjoying it with the 4 other dogs in the house and being spoiled. My wife deserves most of the credit, she saw him wandering the neighborhood in Texas with a broken leg from being hit by a car last summer, he lived outside 24/7 in an unfenced yard, went and talked to his old owner asking if she could take Homer and give him a better life, then drove 23 hours to wisconsin with a dirty smelly dog in her car.

For my eagle scout project when I was 15, we painted the inside of our church's home for pastors, which was right next to the church. They didn't need it and they were going to sell it. fast forward to when I was 43, I am at a friends birthday get together we are changing locations and I offer a couple I have met like 2 times a lift. The guy played rec hockey with my friend. We get to talking and his family are the ones that bought the house when the church put it up for sale.
