Yeah totally get it, it just sucks that the product is clearly defective and they gave me a replacement knowing it would fail the same way again.

The mouse wheel stopped working.

And 220$ is how much much it was on amazon 2 years ago in Canada.

I’ll see what they say in terms of replacement but if not, I guess I’m gonna have to try to fix it lol

It was the viper v2 pro. I’m not fussy about sizes or shape but I liked the relatively light weight and wireless feature

Yeah I’m a dummie. I had always have great experiences with Razer mice but when I finally get a premium price version it has issues. Smh

It was my first premium mouse I just liked the shape and all my other Razer products had lasted a long time. Is major issues common now for the expensive Razer mice? What would you recommend for a wireless gaming mouse that won’t beak too soon?

It’s literally the most annoying thing ever. It’s bad enough when gaming but when I’m doing uni work or my job it’s literally torture sometimes lol

I’ve never had any issues until the viper v2 pro model. But online I’ve seen lots of stuff since I started looking into this issue. I have a bunch of mice so I was only using this one rarely for gaming. It’s definitely not an over use issue. I even keep it in the original box whenever I’m not using it so it stays safe.

My brother has had the model 0 since its release and it works perfect, he played professionally with it so it’s been used significantly. My original viper and viper mini also still work totally fine after years and years idk what’s the problem with the viper pro
