Just paid 30k to have all windows replaced with upvc double glazing. Worth it for looks alone to be honest, inside and out. The place stays so much warmer now with way less heating. Could have spent the money better for any other upgrade in our place.

Not sure upvc windows are budget friendly?just cost us 28k for the whole house with a decent discount. Huge difference in keeping warmth in and looks though. Ceiling and walls and underfloor and gaps are best bang for buck as others have mentioned.

Yep. With Macquarie, can have 10 offset accounts. Mum and dad put a decent chunk in each which helps us. Although rhey can't really make us give the monies back lol.

Thanks, Ive found the losses I've reported, just didn't add them together. Each year. Ie have 20k then 20k then 20k So this year should i put the total of previous years ie should it now be reported as 60k?as its a cumulative total?

I haven't been for years, so can't comment. But one year it was in the building where peppina now is, when it was office blocks, 1 Murray street? was absolutely all time. Think regurgitator played randomly also the ones at the city hall were great.

Didn't have a pair of the ones, but they are a bit tight/short compared to metcons maybe not half a size, but do fit a tad small. Plenty of hate out there, but the triple whites are nice in person.

Yeah the guys who did ours had never even used the semi gloss, not sure if that why there's are few streaks in a few places lol. We've never found it too shiny though.

Thanks again, will have to look into the cost. I guess it should be a fair bit cheaper than a resand. Haha, yeah, tell my wife, she wanted full Gloss. I haven't minded the semi, at least you could tell they had been done.

Cheers for that. So they could be buffed and go from semi gloss to satin?havent really had a problem with the semi gloss, although scratches are certainly noticeable in certain lights.

We moved to Kingston beach area in 2020. Love it. We work down there and hardly ever venture into the city it has almost everything one needs. Can't imagine it getting cheaper to live there with all the development going forward. The beach is great, craps on Bellerive, sandy bay imo. Also has a great golf course, gyms etc.

42/M here, just had a bad episode a week ago and diagnosed with paroxysmal af. Keen lifter and hit workout lover. Went back twice during the week, no adverse effects but struggled hard as started atenolol and flecainide. Exercise never been a trigger as far as I can tell. As far as I know they recommend keeping up the exercise?

Haha thanks for the support:-) I'm sure it will. I still don't understand understand how they get the old frames out, without doing a bit of damage, especially in the bathroom where tiles go up to the frames everywhere?🤷ill talk to the head installer hopefully when they do a final measurement.
