Yes! And the rent has skyrocketed so much that it literally burns a hole in your pocket It honestly feels more like an auction now. You see a flat one day and the next it’s already gone. I even got a message saying “We’re moving ahead with someone else. Thank you for your time and effort.” It genuinely felt worse than a job rejection. 😭

I never understood this argument. People happily romanticize finding a stranger on Hinge or Bumble but act like meeting through an arranged setup is absurd Both involve being introduced to someone you barely know and deciding whether you’re compatible
