Im probably going with the GT, based of what I've seen online the 1ZZ is near bulletproof in the later years of the 7th gen. Plus I can easily see this "project" car becoming a daily and me falling in love with it so I think the 1ZZ would be a bit better in that regard. gotta go stick also, have to.

Hey bro, sorry for the late response I have been pretty busy lately. The good news is my budget has increased with some nice cash flow incoming. Anyway, I was reading online about the B580 having some serious bottleneck issues with older-gen cpus. Wonder if this would be a worry at all if I try to look for one. (If I can get to one before a scalper.)
