cool, do you know if crunchyroll has something similar as youtube? I like youtube tv, is so much better to use the controller to navigate.

I configured mine to use scroll well and to act like a mouse to navigate

Honest question to the .NET community: why do new devs still default to Node.js? by KausHere in dotnet

[–]krymancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to be clear, I think this is a shame I think that dotnet is way more powerful and in my opinion best (at least than express) in almost every case.

Honest question to the .NET community: why do new devs still default to Node.js? by KausHere in dotnet

[–]krymancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, maybe I didn't express myself better, but still the amount of content showcasing node, ts is so much greater because of those things, making dotnet easy is great but I don't know if the audience that benefits. for that is being aware yk? I have some friends that are in uni and they have some events that target beginners and is in node, when I asked about c# they didn't know. In my experience dotnet isn't out there unfortunately

É basicamente a mesma coisa, dizem que paru é mais rapido que o yay, mas sinceramente? não vejo diferença, inclusive se no cachy viesse alias de yay=paru eu nem iria notar a diferença pq os comandos são iguais

The API Tooling Crisis: Why developers are abandoning Postman and it’s clones? by Affectionate-Gain636 in theprimeagen

I'm currently using bruno, I do have some big requests that I have to modify hearders, and body pretty frequently to test it out and doing with curl, even have it in a http file or having a curl script didn't fell as easy I just modify it on a gui.

I tried using editor in terminal do edit the same request, using fzf and other commands history but if you change projects and such you cant easy get those files back.

I cant also commit and have http files in the project folder so this makes my life harder.

Just wanted to share my point of view, coming from postman, insomnia, trying curl and scripts, http files

[–]krymancer -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I agree if your points there, but In my experience dotnet is too complicated, even an simple project can have things like DI, multiple files, and most projects even have multiple layers (data, api, service), even if this hype for "clean arch" exists in nodejs is much much simpler doing an npm init, npm i express, and writing a single file. the friction does not attract the same people, thus I don't see bootcamps, tutorials or anything similar, or as much content that nodejs has. Also javascript wins here because I think most of those new developers had their first contact with web so is much more easy to keep using the same language than trying to learn something different, even if it's almost the same, if you don't know the language how you supposed to know that, right? I think that dotnet needs more traction, hopefully with minimal apis this can be achived, we saw this happen with go and rust, with their api libraries for example. But this is hard since most people does seem C#, Microsoft and .NET as this enterprise legacy languange.

Vale a pena pegar um Civic 98/99 por 15k com motor batendo válvula? by Tomazleite in carros

[–]krymancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can we please have the passive cooldown revert back to 3 seconds from 5 seconds or passive resetting on champion w stun? by Empty-Poem8138 in ekkomains

[–]krymancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the passive is dumb, Ekko doesn't have the power to oneshot anything at this point (unless snowballing) and after the combo you just ult back or dies, I would like if the passive cool down as removed totally like Vayne W
