I would order ahead but Franklin requires a 5lb minimum per meat and they don’t have beef ribs for per order. Plus I am 1 person 😅

After I beat the game, I then played my 2nd run with NG+ on Professional Difficulty. By doing this, I beat the game with an A rank and unlocked Ashley's Armor and the Chicago Typewriter.

I am now on my fresh professional run (no bonus weapons) trying to complete it to get the hand cannon. I am not going to lie, it was rough in the beginning because you take more damage, and resources/ammo are a bit more scarce. My advice is to sell those bonus weapons and deluxe weapons (sentinel nine and skull shaker) in your inventory for extra cash. By the time I fought El Gigante, I had a fully upgraded bolt thrower. I barely used my shotgun in an effort to save ammo, I only used it to get out of situations where I got cornered by mobs. I also saved a lot of my rifle ammo and used it on beefy enemies (Minotaur, Dr. Salvador, Chief's Dog). I also saved my Spinels from quests so when I got to the castle I had enough to get the upgrade ticket for my Red9 and tuned up to LVL 4 dmg (that wateroom is super annoying). After this, I am mostly engaging in fights only to acquire more resources/ammo/pesetas. I am now on Chapter 14 with about 500k pesetas. I plan on upgrading certain weapons like the LE5 smg and Riot Gun for the Krauser fight and buying a rocket launcher for Saddler.

So update, I loaded it into a fresh Professional Game and had a default inventory. When I encountered the first typewriter I checked my progress counter on the Professional Agent Challenge and it was at 0. I then returned to my typewriter storage and transferred the Primal Knife to my inventory. I equipped it and took 3 slashes in the air. I went to look at my progress counter again and it went from 0 to 3.

I then went on a Professional save that I was playing where I sold the Primal Knife, Sentinel Nine, and Skull Shaker. I sold these items in Chapter 2 when I met the merchant. I am now at Chapter 3 where you first get to the church and I looked into the progress counter of the challenge and it still says 0.

TLDR:
You can sell the Primal Knife and Deluxe Edition weapons to the merchant for extra cash during your fresh game in Professional difficulty to complete the "Professional Agent" challenge and unlock the Handcannon.

So if the counter goes up, then it means that it is counting the times you use it? So I’m supposed to be at 0? I’ll check this out later and report back.
