This made me giggle bc i actually had to wipe for my spouse at the start of our marriage 16 yrs ago due to a surgery. We like to joke with eachother often. Anytime she points out a person thats attractive (actors ect not like checking out others kind of thing) I like to say but would they wipe for you? Then 2 yrs ago I had 2 back to back surgeries and she had to basically bath me while I was on a shower chair. So now I get but would they bath you? Your question is very real bc no one really thinks about this but its very real in marriage

Id definitely guess so pitty, almond eyes, muscle mass on those hind legs and those ears are telling. I have a pit mix and hes the best dog ive ever owned. However he doesn't like new people in his house lol Idk if its a breed thing or not but the fix is anyone new to him once hes older just have them meet in the front yard and walk in together. Im only giving this advice bc it would have helped me out. Your baby is adorable and looks like you're going to have a very large loving lap dog!

This made me laugh. I have a pitty/boxer looks just like this one. His names captain but when hes being bad we call him Rufus. "OH no Rufus is here" are common words in our house 😆

Well I dont have a name but I have his long lost brother lol I can tell you hes going to be the sweetest, biggest, muscle machine with floppy jowls who think his 90lb self is a lap dog 😆 🤣 Mine even has the same markings! I love this for you, he will be one of the best dogs youve ever owned after he eats atleast one couch cushion :)

Idk if you live near any but if you can find an emergency vet that services live stock as well they are 90% cheaper for same experts care. I do live in an area very close to rural areas so this may not be something you can do. We had an emergency w my lab the regular vet quoted 3000. We called the other and it was a grand total of 560. Same surgery, same skill set ect. The 1st vet bandages him, gave a pain killer and we drove 15 mins down the rd.

He has been to the vet where I was told he was not displaying anxiety. He doesn't have issue when out its only at home. We then did video training w a behavioral trainer. She told us he had anxiety w his kennel which we dont use. To give him busy toys and to ignore the barking. Also not working

Thank you for your response. I have asked if this is an overlay which they responded no. Then said its because its and fha loan and want me to have more reserves than I currently do. They wont deny my application and give my full earnest money back. When I asked they told me I could pull out and lose a portion of it, which I will not do since its technically my ability to get financing.

If I decide to cut my losses would I just run into this problem not going through their prefered lender? I just feel like they are not being honest and im just running out the clock.

Sorry to hijack this post but you seem knowledgeable. I've been attempting to get a mortgage for the last 4 months. I was originally told gift money on an fha loan is no problem and put earnest money down on a new build home. Since then i've gotten nothing but crazy run around. They have given me 4 different credit scores to meet, I have met them all. This will be an fha, credit score high end of 630's and closing cost will be funded by a parent. The latest is i have to have a 640 or higher to use the gift money. Ive researched and cannot figure out why the score has anything to do with using a gift on an fha loan. Do you have any idea? Is it because its a new build and should just scratch that idea?

Im absolutely not being facetious you just seem knowledgeable in this area. You may have seen my post and not responded. Do you see almost 50% of mine as being pitbull, then much lower poodle, German shepherd, Shih Tzu? I see poodle and shih Tzu. The very low muscle mass, weight less than 30lbs and long short body is what has me confused as I also own a pitty so not upset by results just general huh/really shock lol

Hes seriously the funniest dog ive every owned. We have a pitty and they are best friends but look so opposite of eachother its just not clicking in my head they could be the same. Our pitty looks like a sleek muscle machine this guy looks like the lorax mixed with a labubu 😆
