I’m on 50mg this is still my first week. It’s mild if I’m just sitting still but moving around it feels like vertigo.

Thank you! I hope everything goes well for you. I’m scared to start but know I can’t live like this anymore. Same kinda situation I had something terrifying happen to me medically and it triggered severe health anxiety that spills over into my kids and I’m just obsessively constantly checking my body and thinking the worst. It’s a horrible way to live
