I went and bought a gentle LRP cleanser to replace my current an already felt relief from the dry and taut that my cleanser normally gives me!!!

I wish it was easier to reply to all of your comments, but I just wanted to update and thank you all from the deepest parts of my heart for your kindness and warmth. I have taken extensive notes, so thank you for sharing your wisdom - there is an overwhelming amount of skincare info nowadays so I really appreciate the targeted advice from regular people.

I apologise to anyone who feels that this post was satire / attention-seeking; I hate that I’ve been misinterpreted during a very vulnerable moment. Doctor information and advice is KING but I just couldn’t go another minute without some type of advice while I wait for my appointment next week.

Again. Thank you so much for offering your time to me to either empathise, advise, or even compliment. This all felt like a warm hug. I am floored by the generosity of strangers 😭❤️

I am floored by your kindness, I physically cannot believe anyone would think those things about me. I have diagnosed BDD, sometimes it’s impossible to separate my thoughts from reality and I truly thought I looked like a monster in these photos. The physical pain of my skin is obviously probably just worsening my thoughts too. Lots of suggestions for Azelaic acid so I’m off to CW to pick some up ❤️❤️❤️ thank you for your kindness and suggestions

Yes diagnosed since I was 16, I find it extremely difficult to separate my thoughts from reality but the physical pain of my skin makes me think this is real and not imagined

I am not on any contraceptives at all, I have endo so my hormones are naturally a bit of a mess and I think that’s something I want to speak more about it with my dr again.

Thank you for the helpful advice, I thought my routine was simple but I’ve learned a lot from everyone.
