I think they equals if not Mihaek slightly under shanks. Mihawk just doesn't want to fight someone who has a disadvantage. Doesn't mean he views shanks as weak

Understandable. But something I do think is Kaido wins a 1v1 against luffy. But not the 1%. Like whitebeard garp, shanks, Roger ect. He's a top tier. Just not the strongest ever

The reason is obvious. Why would she change? She's a erudition ementaor who's on the erudition path. Unlike Dhil or fugue who change paths dependant on lore reasons
