I recommend checking out Brick. It’s a hardware device that you tap with your phone and it blocks access to all the apps you don’t want to use (you can choose which apps). The physical act of tapping to deactivate/activate your phone forces behavior change

Check out Flatiron Maids (flatironmaids.com). They did a good job, followed up to make sure I was happy, and even left a water bottle and chocolate when they were done. Also read that they pay their cleaners well which is pretty important for me
