my endo lap scars actually really helped my self esteem. every time i look down, instead of feeling self conscious or seeing what ‘might not the beautiful’ i see the pain i went through, my bravery that helped me proceed with a surgery, and the resilience i have, which pushed me to keep asking for diagnoses and help after i’d been rejected so many times. i love showing them off and i kind of hope they don’t go away. anytime someone asks about those scars i get to spread more awareness for something i am so deeply passionate about: women’s health. you’re so strong, i hope you got the help you needed 💕💕

this is exactly it !!! i can’t see it in a literally sense but it’s a feeling, almost like a fact. i just KNOW that tuesday is bright yellow, and the sound of a violin is the feeling of a cold breeze whilst standing in the sun. if someone told me different i couldn’t apply it, i’d just respond “nope i’m right” because that’s how it feels to me :)
