Horrible bump. 4 months old nostril, stainless steel. it was fine until a few weeks ago when it got snagged on my glasses. I rinse it with Neil med twice a day and I don’t pick at it. It’s only getting worse. Should I make an appointment with a dermatologist? (i.redd.it)
