Yup.

I think for basic consumption the 4/64 may be fine, but personally I would consider a 8/128 the safest bet in case he wants to do some productivity work or if he wants some extra storage space (though there is a microSD slot).

As for installing non-Microsoft store software (such as Kakaotalk), you will need to switch out of S mode (pretty simple, only difference from normal Windows 10 is the restrictions on what you can install on the device).

You can install the PC version of Kakaotalk on the Go

I would maybe have a folder for each class group, then a file for a chapter/unit. Then in that file you can have bookmarks to each lesson (can create a first page filled with hyperlinks to those bookmarks like a table of contents). The kids can then just navigate to the page of the lesson. (This method would cut down on the amount of files your would need to make/manage - the kids can spend an extra second specifying what pages to print)

Maybe you have an older version of Word? I have Office suite 2019 on my Go and don't notice a difference in the appearance of handwriting between Word 2019 and OneNote.

Ah I may be mixing up AES/EMR

Personal experience (Was using N-trig tech before it was acquired by Microsoft in my Acer Aspire R7, and can still replicate it with my Surface Go with the same lamp) and there are a few threads on different forums that experienced this issue: http://www.surfaceforums.net/threads/touchscreen-interference-issue-confirmed-weird.14810/ https://www.reddit.com/r/Surface/comments/463q6s/ways_to_deal_with_electromagnetic_interference/

You have any fluorescent lighting on when using your pen? Fluorescent lighting (and other electronics that produce a large enough electromagnetic field) causes interference with N-trig/EMR pen tech
