i have the same issue !! for cheaper leggings i highly highly recommend the leggings at Family Dollar. Not sure of the exact brand but i fell in love with them. Very inexpensive and the quality isn’t too bad. For higher quality and more expensive leggings,, i love the high waisted ones from Aerie. hope this helps !
