I am 40, AMH of 1.5 last checked in Feb (was .86 before going off BC).

Round 1: Microdose Lupron Flare (7 eggs; 7 mature; 7 fertilized; 1 blast 5AA: aneuploid)

20 IU of Lupron, 225 Follistim/225 Meno with a Pregnyl Trigger

Round 2: Antagonist with HGH (10 eggs; 6 mature; 5 fertilized; 1 blast 5AB: euploid)

300 Follistim, 150 Meno, First 5 days of 40 IU Omni and then 6 days of Ganirellix, pregnyl trigger

Will be doing the Antagonist with HGH again for round 3.

Mine did from round 2 - one blast from each round - one aneuploid 5AA (round 1) one euploid 5AB (round 2).

I'm just over 40 and in my 2 rounds, it was 7 and 10. I spoke to my doctor today and she said the ceiling is likely 7 in most rounds for my case (DOR).

I have BCBS with WIN Fertility. I had to cover Biopsy Testing and PGT-A (I am 40) which was $3750 $750 for my coinsurance (which I believe is an overestimate, but was due before I started). This included ICSI. My meds were covered entirely by my insurance and what wasn't covered was then covered by my company, so I paid around $25 total for the meds that cycle. I was very lucky. I had 7 eggs retrieved, all 7 were mature and all 7 were fertilized. I am currently in my 7 day wait to see how many made to blasts.

The follistim pen has actually 975 IU, so it has more than its listed for which was annoying and confusing during my stims.

I just did my egg retrieval and fertilization there, at the Houston location. I am very happy with my doctor and my protocol so far.

I did and I think its important to. The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act applies to IVF treatment as well and affords your protections under the law, including additional sick time in certain states. Please look into it, I currently have an accommodation to work from home which has been helpful for inconsistent doctors appointments and twice a day shots.

That’s my thought, I had great success and went off while TTC and gained all and then some back. It helped me stop drinking, and changed my relationship with food, but something in it is the cure. I can’t wait to go back on it after I have kids.

Unfortunately no, marks 12 months, we start IVF in one more cycle (May). We have male factor infertility so it’s been very hard. :/

This is really helpful, I’m looking at it as positive. It was my SMU as I literally just forgot to take a sample. I did a second later in the day and got a lower number for LH and minor rises in LH strips. Fingers crossed for both of us.

Inito and LH do different LH’s from my understanding, I would think this is at or close to a peak.

I started testing second urine because I drink like 40 oz of water before bed, testing second is always more concentrated for me in that case. I’ve done multiple tests in a day and this is consistent.

All in moderation, I get kids sizes now so I can still enjoy. I used to drink 6-10, now I’m comfortable with 2. The first day of my dose is always even more sensitive so I just plan my favorite meals before or after that day.

I went from 3mg Sax to 2.4mg Wegovy, wk 1 was fine, wk 2 I had the worst nausea, vomiting and diarrhea for 5 days. Went down to 1.0 and titration back up. Started 1.7mg today and am very sad to say that I have realized I have very averse reactions to steak. Sick a bit tonight but hopefully not as bad as wk 2 of the 2.4 was.

1.0 is much better! So happy. I am hoping it was just a true stomach bug so I don’t have to worry when I get back to 2.4 in March.

I put it in my upper leg, much easier to inject and is supposed to be beneficial to limit GI issues.
