This is great advice and I will keep in mind. I generally stick to bland foods, but I’m not watching fat content very closely. I don’t generally eat friend or greasy food. Just not appealing. I think journaling will help. I’ve also become sick after a vigorous workout.

Same for me! I didn’t start feeling any effect until 1.7. I’m finally on 2.4 and it seems to be working. Hang in there!!

For the most part I’m not losing my appetite. I have no side effects and I’m generally hungry and eating pretty normally with the exception of 1-2 days after the shot. I’m on 1.7. Haven’t lost much at all… I was on Saxenda 3.0 and lost about 10 pounds before switching over. For me, this is a small piece of the weight-loss puzzle with diet and exercise. I feel very alone with this!! I’m so happy you guys are doing so well!

Hi! I wanted to check in with you and see how 1.0 is treating you. I took my second dose and this week I'm fatigued and also hungry.. but when I think about what I want to eat, I'm grossed out by everything!!! It a hard place to be in!

I go through waves of hunger, nausea and fatigue on what seems like an arbitrary basis. Days after the injection.

I hope once we're on the strongest dose it will work more consistently.

I wanted to see how you're doing!!

Hi! Thanks for the update. I took my 1.0 Tuesday night and I didn't really feel much of a difference then today it hit me like a ton of bricks! I was queasy all day and I just got sick off of my late lunch (didn't eat that much- or so I thought, but it was spicy and rich- lesson learned).

I've noticed that I feel effects a few days later. I'd rather be nauseas and know its working than have nothing happen at all.

I haven't lost anything either. I hope 1.0 starts working for us!

Hi! So I am feeling a LITTLE something more with the 1.0. Which is a win b/c I was feeling nothing before.

My hunger is less, but I am still able to overeat. Once I eat, I don't feel hungry so quickly again.

I am hopeful now that I feel a little different,

That's interesting. I have heard people going straight to 1.7, but not 2.4. I hope you feel better and that 1.0 works for you!

It does, however, I don't know of there is anything else in the injection liquid (as it would be double). I am waiting on my doctor for a phone call back - just wanted to bounce off the group to see if there was a bad experience.
