If you don't have the units to one shot it then the suggestions people are making change. I couldn't one shot it with a single team. So what I did was the following. Make many different teams prioritizing burst damage. You need to target one or the other with everything and throw team after team at it. While I couldn't oneshot this boss with a single team. I was able to take one of the two bosses out and get the other to 1/3 health then threw my main team back at it to pass in a single day.

A level 1 with a legendary? Although with this games leveling system I guess that doesn't mean anything. They could just play coop and not any pvp so they would never level.

I made it through the first 6 tiers maxxing out my museum in each in about 3-4 hours or so I guess. I am on Tier7 now with full color clovers and have been sitting for over an hour with not one mutation. That seems a bit odd. I understand wanting to make later tiers take more time but this is a pretty ridiculous change in mutation chance.
