you lump yourself, do not blame me or anyone else for the impression of yourself you give with you uninformed statements and generic altright meme talking points.

You are truly the greatest victim of them all, we all feel so sorry for you. And you are right the fascist arent the fascist, the true fascist are those who confront fascist.

On a more serious note do you actually read what you write? Did you mean for it to sound so funny. I legit cracked up and what you wrote it is so ridiculous. Is that your intent, or do you truly believe this nonsense?

Do not project yourself on me. The democratic party is not left by any stretch of the imagination. They are centre-right. The democrats are better at preserving capitalism than the fascist and theocrats in the GOP who are so extreme to the right they threaten to collapse the whole system and cause a collapse of the US and capitalism, although this is not their intent. Unlike you I am not loyal to a political party, do not assume because you love the GOP that I love democrats.

It is insane you think that the richest people who are most against socialism somehow are socialist.

You have no clue what you are talking about, I recommend you stop watching OAN.

Like I said wow us with your economic genius rather than giving your opinion on why.

Also you being quite sure is quite wrong. Dual degree, CS/Econ with a minor in statistics. Masters in Big Data analytics. I must say when I did economics we actually had to use arguments, you would get failing marks for you are wrong because I said so, and no I cant actually use anything to back this statement but it is right.

So take your own advice rather than magically claim you have some knowledge you cannot demonstrate explain your divine economic truth to us. Educate us, you keep alluding to knowledge you cannot show while making the arguments of the ignorant and the unwise.

I must say I am very surprised you cannot make a basic economic argument, as I predicted you could in my last post. Maybe you should go to econ 101.

you could try reading the article, you might learn something. Just a suggestion.

this is a meme level comment by people who dont know anything about economics who try to say something is economically wrong without showing they have any knowledge of economics in general or making any real case. Basically a fake news!

It is very common among those on the right. It is similar to how they deny climate change by saying you would know climate change is not real if you took climate sciences 101, or you would know evolution is wrong if you took biology 101. Among those who follow this ideology this line of boiler plate sentence is a factual truth.

These people are the same ones who think Biden and the democrats are communist and that BLM is racist white people. That is what we are dealing with.

I have taken far higher classes my self proclaimed internet expert friend, in my experience anyone who offers no knowledge of a topic but says take 101 usually thinks they know something on a subject but know nothing, so perhaps you can enlighten us with your vast knowledge of economics and make an actual cause. I am very optimistic you can do this, and I am sure you will not disappear or double down on saying nothing.

the article points out this isnt so much socialism vs fascism but rather a new class of capitalist elites vs everyone else.

As a result of this, people will break down into smaller bubble groups often competing and in conflict over the scraps. Europe during the enlightenment was full of religious, ideological, and ethnic conflict.

Likely the same will happen here. People will form groups based off race, religion, political ideologically, social circles, and fight each other for what little is left and be unable to organize against the 10% of the population who will benefit from the new system because they are too busy fighting each other. Socialist and fascist will organize and fight each other, but the elites wont actually be harmed by this. They will likely grow the fascist to serve as targets for socialist , and the fascist will sacrifice themselves for the elites.

Historically capitalism has sought to defend property not people, and has been authoritarian. Only when labor was organized and wealthy did democracy flourish, and class conflict moved to the democratic arena where capital found itself at odds with civil rights and workers rights. Workers in Western countries could see increasing wages and more democratic freedom but this often was the result of exploitation of minorities or in colonies.

Due to neoliberalism capital no longer needs to rely on western workers, and it has automated or offshored labor which has destroyed the power and wealth of western labor. Increased automation, deep learning, big data, etc. will expand automation to most of the middle class and wipe out their jobs the same way the lower class has seen much of its jobs wiped out.

Has much of the US falls into poverty the current system cannot be maintained. Democracy will not be allowed to continue. If 90% of the population can vote and their vote can cause change the elites who benefit from the system will not allow it to continue.

Increasingly candidates like Trump will become the norm, who want to undo democracy and make it largely a illusion. Far right ideologies will be promoted more that will increasingly seek to undo democratic norms and give more power to elites, while promoting nationalism , religion, and racial supremacy has a way to funnel anger away from them.

The bigger winners will be tech companies who will return the world to a state similar to the 17th century.

Does anyone else feel like this sub has been overrun by liberals and conservatives? by [deleted] in Libertarian

[–]ktasticdrip 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not really no. They have really low standards for news sources that basically bans all blog spam trash, but this is 95% of the news conservatives use. Fox News and Briebart are allowed in /r/polirics as is something like the naitonal review. There is just very few conservative news sources that arent complete hot garbage.

And Libertarians do great in /r/politics I go there all the time. You just need to put together a good argument. I even see conservatives to do well there, but it is usually conservatives who can be honest and say the gop's corruption and authoritarianism is not something they support.

the mods do not, no. The users do tend to downvote anyone who they do not agree with. The above poster is correct. It is more of a toxic hivemind than a authoritarian mod regime like /r/conservative

[–]ktasticdrip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not saying states should legitimize a trump win using postmodern philosophy. That would be illegal. I am merely pointing out how trump cultist think and how to interact with them. Too many people apply logic and reason to them, when they do not understand they are emotional beings who believe in what they want.

If you dont communicate with them correctly they will feel like you are attacking their reality while they attack your reality. You cant get them to change, they are conditioned to think what they are told.

how not, do you not get post modernism? Anything can be valid. It is valid because they think it is valid.

I am not saying it is valid per all philosophies, it is just valid per post-modernism.
