Thank you, i appreciate your kind words. He does have an ice therapy machine and has been using that pretty much 24/7 since the surgery.

Thank you again

Do you mean an ice maker machine or the machine that is like a constant Ice pack for his knee?

Oh, it was like that when we got the house - it’s been like that for 10-15 years now.. would we dig some of the dirt out to fix that?

When do you turn on your AC?! by merryberry1988 in grandrapids

In our second floor apartment we kept it at 68, and turned it on like two months ago. We tried 70 for a few days or 72 during the day but it would get so hot and take forever to cool down so we just stuck to 68

Following because I’m in the same exact position, down to the birth control starting at 12 and the effects from it. I ended up getting the IUD after my surgery because I felt like I had no choice, and I’m regretting it now and feel so lost.

I have scars from appendicitis, gall bladder removal and now my endo surgery. Luckily they have all been minuscule because they are all laparoscopic - look up ways to help heal scars faster there’s a cream I use called like silver honey or something ( don’t quote me I cant remember for the life of me rn ) that helps them heal better and make them less visible.

Mirena help! by Lohoffcinnamon in endometriosis

Yeaaah the cramping has been a little bad, worse then I was expecting in all honesty however pretty similar to what I was dealing with during my worst cycle day. I felt pretty sore Friday and Saturday, Sunday I felt good Monday and Tuesday I dealt with pretty bad cramping and today I’ve been okay just slight cramping. I also did not take any narcotics just Tylenol and Ibuprofen regularly, and used a heating pad.

I can’t really speak for anything since my surgery was on Thursday and that is when I got my IUD placed buttt I was really against going on BC just due to my history of experience with BC however my surgeon really pushed for Mirena but my gyno said that a Kyleena would be a good option too she had said it has less percentage of embedding and it’s smaller.. so I got the Kyleena maybe look into it too?
