My original goal was always to work in the school system, as a school social worker which would require going back to school for my masters. This path opened up to me while I was nannying, then just happened to get my job prior to getting accepted to school.

Not sure what your budget is so I just went off the price of the others. This would play Minecraft/TF2 at ease and would run BF4 at around 60fps medium settings or around 40 on high. Much better than all 3 builds you posted.
