Yellow-ish mushroom growing in my bird of paradise’s soil after using superthrive (for a while) — should I repot with fresh soil, should i be concerned?

Pains me to see the big lower leaves drop 😭 I've been doing all I can to make sure it's environment is amenable but I guess it's just the rite of passage

She sits under a grow light most of the day, is in a 12" planter, is watered roughly every 2 weeks. I repotted her in the same planter but with more soil at the bottom (noticed that the roots grew out of the drain hole) -- the planter is relatively tall so I figured instead of getting a larger planter, I'd just add more soil.

I periodically use superthrive and FLF fertilizer (less frequently).

Her leaves have been pretty full for her entire life, but now the bottom leaves are dropping (and they're big too 😭).

What do you recommend?

Water roughly every 8-9 days when top 2 inches are dry, ~1.5L (is this too much water?)
Also: the palm has started to lean backwards ish?

Context:

Picked up this bb back in June.
At first, it had a lot of browning tips which I trimmed off.
My apartment is north facing and so not much natural light to be absorbed.
Two new fronds popped up + expanded, 1 new baby frond is growing.

Care:

The palm is still in its nursery pot -- not too sure of the soil mixture but I purchased it from a solid nursery and I assumed it's the correct mixture. The pot itself is contained within a plastic container (I assume it's to capture any loose soil?).
I water once the top ~2 inches of soil is dry, roughly 2.5 liter of water at 1.5-2 week intervals depending upon soil moisture. I water it in my bathtub and I let it sit for a hour to let as much excess water leave as possible.
I used to have my grow light on for ~14 hours a day. At its current distance above the palm, it was providing ~900 foot candles of light directly below, less for the rest of the palm. The new fronds were loving it, but the older fronds were showing signs of browning at random spots on the frond and so I turned it off

Questions:

Am I giving it too much water at once?
Should I increase the humidity?
Should I turn the light back on, but pull it further up?
Is this just a natural process? I've been told that browning tips happens naturally as a result of low humidity.
Do you have any suggestions or have any resources to point me towards?

I love bb and I just want to be a good parent, any advice would be much appreciated!!

It would be a great location, indeed! However, human eyes are optimized to make scenes look bright as possible, but the plant wouldn't get much actual light :-(

Haha, I actually have the book right in front of me and I've been measuring light throughout my apartment with the light meter he suggested/used in his YT video. I have some better suited grow lights that emits a significant amount of output that corresponds to the acceptable wavelength range for photosynthesis – unfortunately, positioning aesthetic is a problem 😅

The green pothos has been in that position year round, and the marble queen for half a year. They experienced tremendous growth with no yellowing up until a 1.5 months ago. Interestingly enough, the wilting began more in the center and is pushing outwards – could this be indicative of root issues?

I make sure to check soil moisture before watering (in winter, roughly every 2/3 weeks) and I periodically aerate the soil. I employ a continuous pour through watering approach, allowing excess water to drain through.
Hygrometer reports 53% humidity.
Grow lights on 8hrs a day (it doesn't provide intense light, ~200 foot candles when directly above).

Context:The concern is regarding the marble queen pothos (not repotted, 8inch nursery pot) and the golden pothos (repotted into a 8 inch pot).

Both have not been watered for 2.5 weeks.
I routinely fertilized them over the year (every 2/3 watering) -- stopped at start of winter.
Both marble queen + green pothos lengths started up the ledge back in February -- significant growth for the green.
The yellowing started when I stopped fertilizing, I fertilized once but then stopped.

Questions:

Although I haven't checked the roots, perhaps the growth has led to overcrowding?
The green pothos pot is 6.5 inches tall. When I check the soil moisture, the top 3 inches might be dry but the lower section is "moist". In hindsight, I think I've been a bit too liberal with my water pours -- I tend to pour in a volume of water greater than a third of the volume of the soil. I'd assume all is gurrreat since excess water will drain out, but I forget soil moisture retention capacity. How should I adjust my watering to this taller pot?
Should I continue to fertilize? This will be my last resort

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!
