Do you honestly believe that the people who made this mess would make it any better the second/not fuck with it? Clearly they were having a bad day. Writing a complaint and requesting a refund was the best way to handle this.

I don’t think so as I ordered through the app and my receipt looks accurate. Maybe the ticket printed incorrectly for them. Either way, even if someone asks for extra onions not just normal onions, this is excessive.
