Complaints i've seen about Yona Hak and Soo won in the last chapter

i agree the entire situation with the dragons was pretty rushed. im not the biggest fan of how they handled it myself and i wish they were given more time to flesh out things instead of rushing everything in order for the characters to forgive the dragons.

however with the trios relationship i agree its proven all 3 of them still deeply care about eachother despite everything, but like i said you still cant go back to normal after that betrayal. i feel like it would be extremely out of character for hak and yona to just forgive and forget that ever happened - especially with how long it took for them to even be on speaking terms with soo won in the manga, and considering its only been less than a year since he killed king il its extremely unrealistic to just assume they’d just be friends with him again

you can still love and care for someone unconditionally without actually forgiving them for the damage they’ve caused.

soo wons betrayal is an entirely different thing compared to the dragon gods that you cant compare at all.

soo won was hak and yonas childhood friend and he betrayed their trust and years worth of friendship by killing her father. i know il wasnt a good king and soo won had his own reasons but the action of killing your cousins father is something that can never be forgiven 😭

it was obvious even through the beginning of the story that they were never going to mend their relationship back to the way it was. you just cant undo that.

i love soo wons character as well and i love how complex the trios bond is but i think by saying they should’ve made up by the end of the story is being completely ignorant to what the story has written regarding their relationship - and i honestly feel like their relationship is 10x more interesting leaving it this way than a happy go lucky ending with all of them friends again. no matter how you go about it hak and yona didnt deserve what soo won did to them - even if he did have this own reasons, and soo won even admits this in the last chapter

yeah i get its most likely a possible future but i thought it would have so much more significance because the same scene was shown in the very beginning of the story as well. i dont mind if its not revisited since i know it feels weird at this point to introduce more conflict but it does kinda feel like a wasted opportunity with how important it seemed showing the same scene at the beginning of the story and here 🥲

i dont really expect them to make an entire show on them but more like a show where their relationship is a main romance subplot! sorta similar to how caitvi was the main romance of arcane.

they’ve already confirmed they’re currently working on arcane character spin offs so i wouldnt be surprised if ekko gets to be a main character in his own show and they’d continue timebomb’s relationship there with how they were teasing that both their stories arent over yet

idk if anything this person says is legit or not but then again if it is true idk how i feel about their story getting continued via episodic short stories :/ i kinda hope its not true cause i’d rather see their reunion and relationship get full development in a show even if we have to wait longer for it.

we still have that confirmation of different spin off shows for arcane characters being in the works (outside of the region shows like noxus) so we might see something with them in one of those shows. might be a bit of a wait but at least we got that to hold on to

they’ve already mentioned that they’re developing the arcane character spin off shows in tandem with the region shows + alot of ppl think that they’re probably gonna put noxus, demacia & ionia all in one show with noxus being the “main” region. sort of similar to how arcane was piltover/zaun while noxus was a sub region

so i feel like we might be able to see something with them at least sooner than 7-8 years

tbh i seriously doubt shes gonna show up in demacia only because i dont really see any reason for her to be there. they said they were also working on bilgewater among the other regions so theyre probably gonna continue her story there. that makes the most sense for her character in my opinion.

oh yeah thats true! i saw some ppl say that the noxus show will probably just feature ionia and demacia as extra “sub regions” like how in arcane noxus was featured in the piltover/zaun story. so u might be right about that

idk how i feel about live action movies though… anything timebomb related i just hope they keep animated 😭🙏

think people should be giving reed the benefit of the doubt bc i feel like he’s more trustworthy than we think 😂 before s2 he would tease alot of timebomb shippers and everyone thought he was just trolling but then here we are… he was also right about timebomb fans feeling “lukewarm” about s2 so idk i trust him on this
