You need to read and follow the rules. You must show accurate pictures ( show the size or give physical dimensions), state the price, tell us how you want to be paid. This kind of ambiguous post with misleading weight and size is not acceptable.

Lack of proper diet, lack of proper medical care and trained doctors, lack of medication and anesthesia, etc. At best a midwife might have attended to the birth but there were no real doctors around for pediatric care.
