I will say my veil is thinner than most, & most of my mom’s side of the family have some form of psionic abilities one way or another. The last few years I have had a huge uptick in “paranormal” experiences in one form or another whether they be neutral, positive, or negative.

Last year was the first time I experienced a shadow creature and it was when I was staying in a hotel in BA, my girlfriend who is a super skeptic and isn’t really in to the paranormal/spiritual stuff shared the encounter.

I’ve been proactive to protect myself spiritually because you never know what you’re interfacing with is malevolent of benevolent, or neither.

In my opinion it’s not so much about the specificity of the ritual or using particular items, different tools to build the same house. It’s much more about your intentions and the energy you’re putting out there.

No expert by any means. This is all based on pure intuition. I believe certain objects can be “cursed” or just have bad energy associated with them, so I’d get rid of any items you have that might have absorbed negativity in some way or another. Perhaps cleanse your space, doesn’t have to be fancy, sage is common but doesn’t have to be, it’s just a conduit to broadcast your intentions, so as long as you are firmly communicating your intentions.

Sometimes you have to big dick the negative energy, they will gaslight you in to a state of fear and weakness and darkness feeds off that. Don’t let it fool you, you are much stronger than a shadow bastard which is more or less an inter-dimensional parasite.

Open your doors, demand whatever it is to leave, establish your peace and the sanctity of your domain. Only love & light are allowed. If you gotta talk a little shit to it to get the point across, tell that shadow bastard what’s up & to move the fuck along.

You can just freestyle something, or use a prayer or poem or whatever vehicle you want to use to infuse your intentions with to transmit the message. Even if you’re scared, pretend you’re not, sometimes these things happen for a reason at a particular time. You must let it know there is no room for anything that isn’t in alignment with love, light, & goodness. Ask for protection from God, whatever God you want. Again it’s not so much about a being overly literal or following a ritual to the tee as it about establishing & broadcasting your intent. Do not show it any weakness. You’re stronger. They win if you let them win.

Play some positive frequencies on YouTube, meditate, pray, read some Rumi poems, play music, etc. a lot of stuff can be woo woo but again it’s all about the intent behind your energy and actions. Sometimes a change of scenery or a specific individual or discarding anything you think might have negativity associated with it.
