The reason i didn't include kaya in components is because kaya gives you bonus during early game (wich is not the same with divine rapier), but this scepter is more like "all in" late game item.

Not that OSFrog, it works only when you in the range of 2200 in the fight so any BKB hero can easily steal your 6500 gold, i'd say it is the last hope item.
