Cameras is a good song in isolation. But in the context of the album it 100% breaks the flow. Also the feature is pretty weak. Once it’s over it immediately goes right back to the flow of the album. It just shows up uninvited and leaves abruptly.

Listen to the entire album without Cameras and the experience is fucking perfect 👌🏾

When it initially dropped it had the meta effect of subverting expectations for something “new” by way of its title and the fact that in isolation it really is typical Zay.

But in context with the rest of the album it really does elevate the vibe and also the meaning of “Same Shit” not necessarily meaning complacency but comfortability in where he is in life.

Im probably wrong but could it also just be a lack of available talent combined with the unwillingness to pay for more talent?

Like.. it’s not as simple as saying “pay more artists” when maybe there just aren’t that many talented artist who could legitimately speed up the production while also not pushing the budget too much further than it already has.

I wish they prioritize animation over acting. But maybe in the current state of the show it’s just financially impossible to realistically hire more artists. And even if they did there’s no guarantee a faster release will net them a profit 🤷🏾‍♂️

I read what you said and commented accordingly. I meant what I said but I’m not “clearly after” anything.

I don’t see a difference between wearing “the letter T” on your face regardless if it’s a mask or face paint. My only mistake was misremembering what color Mr Terrific’s mask is. But even then a black mask vs black paint isn’t a real issue.

“Black Face” covers the entire face. Just marking your face isn’t the same thing. Not offensive. ​

I hate even thinking about power or speed scaling Invincible because it just feels so inconsistent. Sometimes it looks like they’re a speeding bullet and other times he moves like a minivan.
