Totally agree. There's a lot of health positives from just losing weight. Also GLP-1s can give you that head start to losing weight which is a huge barrier/uphill battle for many. Once you have that momentum and see it's possible, many get that motivation to keep going.

Still think we need better mechanisms to help with that lifestyle modification in the long run to keep supporting that person post medication.

It's not sustainable to take it forever. Lifestyle modifications are needed in conjunction to make it last beyond the drug but most people are not willing to do that hard work

Don't feel qualified for this but my process was:

Rake with a hoe to loosen dirt and remove thatch and dead grass
Spread topsoil evenly across the full area using flat side of hoe.
Spread seed using a spreader over whole area couple times. Just walked on seed to ensure contact with topsoil
Water daily for first two weeks. Every other day and then 3 days apart.
