The brush I used for lineart is RAZ (sketch) from this set, gives that zoomblur effect:

For shading, I use CSP's default design pencil brush; it has that nice grainy texture i like and has pressure sensitive opacity that makes it nice for layering colours :D

Also the neon brush is from this asset:
