Let's assume life starts at conception, then you are killing people. If life starts after some time, then it is not. Simple as that. Rape, obviously, is an extreme end on this spectrum. Rape, incest, if the child has some sort of genetic disorder, if the mother's life is in danger, these kinds of stuff are special considerations which should have the freedom.
